The Conservation Of The Low Molecular Weight Heparin(LMWH) For Chronic Obsctuctive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Rat Model, An Experimental Study.

[Objeetive]LMWH can anticoagulate, antithrombosis, and antiinflammate. COPD has the prethrombosis condition. This text maily studys the the precautive conservation of aerosol rebreathing LMH for rat model suffering from COPD, opproches its treatment for COPD, and provides the theory A/W for its appliance in COPD clinical treatment.[Methods] Thirty healthy male Wister rat were divided randomly into three experiment group: healthy contrast group(n=10), COPD model group(n=10), and LMWH intervation group(n=10). Healthy contrast group: feeding normally, no intervation; COPD model group: To establish rat COPD model by fumigating and inhausting cancer stick, infusing Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)dl, d15, for constrast; The establishment of LMH intervation group was the same to COPD model group, but aerosol rebreath LMH from d2 to d14, d16 to d40. After 40 days, detected the arterial blood gas, D-dimer of every group animols, the inflammatory cells and IL-8 in irrigating solution of alveoli pulmonum; Observed the pathologic changes of lung tissues by light microscope and transmission election microscope(TEM), then detected quantitatively in morphology by microscropemicrocomputer diagram analysis system.[Result] The pathologic changes of the lung tissues of the rat model suffering from COPD established by this method corresponded with the changes of human's. The pathologic changes of rat's lung tissues: COPD model group was distinguished different from the heaslthy contrast group and LMWH group in mean linear intercept(MLI), mean alveali pulmonum number (MAN), the ad rat of alveali pulmonum ari way to the lung's total area; There were distinguished differences between healthy contrast group and LMWH intervention group in MLI, PAA(P<0.01). The result of arterial blood gas: PaO2 and PaCO2 were distinguished different in COPD model group and healthy contrastgroup, (P<0.01), and also LMWH contrast group (P<0.05). There was statistical meaning between LMWH and healthy contrast group in PaO2, PaCO2. (P<0.05). The PH of the three groups was not different distinguished(P>0.05). D-dimer: The concentration in COPD model's blood was significant higher than the contrast group and LMWH intervention group, P<0.01; But there was no stastical meaning between contrast group and healthy group. IL-8: intervention group and model group compared with healthy group were stistical different, (P<0.01), the same to intervention group and model group. (P<0.05). Conclusion Smoking passively abd infusing LPS into air way can cause the lung injury, induce the decrease of pulmonary function and PaO2, the set up of PaCO2. When lung tissues were injured, the condition of prethrombosis presented. The pulmonary function and PaO2 were conspicuous improved. From the intervention by aerosolrebreathing LMH, and from which the inflammation of COPD rat's air way was depressed conspicuously, D-dimer of intervention group is higher than healthy group, the injury of the lung and the viscosity of pulmonary circulation were lessened, the lung blood supply was improved. On the whole, the intervention precauted, conservated and delay the progress of COPD.
