ObjectiveTo study the effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) as the supplement treatment for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation state.MethodsMeasures the blood-gas level and the clinical manifestation of 117 patients who suffered from acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease. The patients were divided into the contrast group of 62 cases and the treatment group of 55 cases. The patients in the contrast group were given routine treatment and the others were given routine treatment plus LMWH for 7 days.ResultsThe differences before and after the treatment were significant in the treatment group and contrast group, but in the treatment group the effect was not more significant (P>0.05). Compared with the contrast group, the level of PaO2, SaO2 increase(P<0.05) and the level of APTT and D-D was prolonged significant (P<0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease, receiving the supplement treatment of LMWH, can effectively improve the clinical manifestation and blood-gas level. However, methodologically rigorous studies in this setting are still needed.
