The Clinical Observation Of Allergic Purpura And The Study Of Interlukin-12 In Serum Treated Mainly By Ziqianqing Grain

objectivs:To observe the clinical curative effect of theZiDianQing grain which is used to treat allergic purpura.To provide base for exploring new method which tread HSP and produce efficient prevent and crued medicine.Mthods:The58 acute allergic purpura patients were divided into two groups : the observation group30 and the control group28. TheZiDianQing grain treatment and conventional treatment were given to the observaton group. The glucocorticoid and conventional treatment were given to the control groups. Compared the difference of curative effect between the tWO group in the indexes such as clinical symptom and biology-chemical target IL-12.Result:1 .It is find that traditional Chinese medicinal herb's control get a better curative effect.The total effective rate of ZiDianQing group reaches 93.3% (P>0.05) .Compared with the control group they can attain the same effection in curing HSP.2.The bleeding of skin and the symptoms of joint swelling and pain or abdominal pain have also effective improvement. Themean missing time of the bleeding of skin is shorter than those of the controls.but have no statistics effect ( P>0.05 ) . The cureness time of the symptoms of joint swelling and pain or abdominal pain is longer than those of the control group, but have no obvious difference (P>0.05) .3. ZiDianQing group can significantly shorten theremission time of clinical manifestation of urine and proteinuria (P<0.05) . 4. ZiDianQing grain can increase IL-12.The observation group is as effective as the methylprednisolone group.Conclusion:The observation group is the same effective as the methyprednisolone. ZidianQing grain can take the place of the methylprednisolone in curing HSP. ZidianQing grain tcan cure HSPN. ZidianQing grain probably can adjust HSP patients immune disorder.
