To make contrast group by making animal model of BRG discuss the mechanism of effects of Weile grain treating BRG .Result:Comparing the symptom effets of two groups . cured rate 42.50% and 22.50% ; effective rate 45.00% and 27.50% ; a bit effective rate 5.00% and 22.50% ; no effective rate 7.50% and 27.50% ; the total effective rate 92.50% and 72.50% . Respectively great differences between them about comparing P<0.05 . The treatment group's symptom effects are much better than the contrast group's . Comparing curative effets of two groups observed by gastroscopy , cured rate 37.50% and 17.50% ; effective rate 42.50% and 27.50% ; a bit effective rate 7.50% and 20.0% ; no effective rate 12.50% and 35.00% ; Respectively the total effective rate 87.50% and 65.00% . Comparing the chief curative effets P<0.05 . The treatment group's symptom effects are much better than the contrast group's observed by gastroscopy . The gastric juice PH of the contrast group and treatment group has no visible difference by statistics treatment. That making animal model test shows Weile grain can make the stomach creep and empty the stomach , and can ameliorate gastric mucosal inflammation, perhaps its mechanism relates with the regulation of the gastrin .Conclusion: Weile grain can get rid of the symptom of the patients who suffer from BRG . Ameliorate or get rid of the ways of bile regurgitation and gastric mucosal inflammation , its mechanism can make gastrointestinal peristalsis and make stomach empty.
