Adopt RIA law to measure; Observation experimenters' symptom and physical sign at the same time.Result: EPS-WBC reduces after treating the group and control group treatment, two groups of EPS-WBC have significance difference (P<0.05) to improve the situation; Treat group efficient 90% under treatment, control group efficient 80% under treatment; Treat group's TNF-α's level to obviously reduce (P<0.01), and IL-10 level obviously increases (P<0.01); TNF-α's level of control group was compared with treating, the difference had significance meaning (P<0.05), although control group IL-10 level increased to some extent, but compare with treat group, difference have significance meaning, treat group difference compared with control group for extraordinary significance meaning (P<0.01) .Conclusion: QL-I granule can obviously improve chronic prostatitis patient's clinical symptom, physical sign, have, resist inflammation, reduce prostate leucocyte quantity of the liquid, strengthen immune function, can reduce chronic prostate liquid, patient of prostatitis, cell factor rise competence of (IL-10) obviously; The impact on cell factor (TNF-αIL-10) of QL-I granule is more obvious than the safe particle of forefront ; QL-I granule might influence immune system change prostate level of (TNF-α,IL-10) of liquid give play to it to treat function 1.
