CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC NONBACTERIAL PROSTATITIS WITH QL-â…  GRANULE

Objective:To observe the clinic curative effect of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) treated Qian Lie I Number. Method:In clinic study,PROSTAT combined antibiotic,as positive drugs,120 patients were divided averagely into two groups at random. After three months,ihe symptoms and physical signs were observed and Eps-WBC and uroflornetrv ~vere detected. Results: In the treatment group (60 cases),35 ease cure (58.3%),20 cases effect (33.6%),the total effective rate was 91.6%; in the control group (60 cases),23 eases cure (38.3%),24 cases effect (40%),the total effective rate was 78.3%.Through with Ridit test, P<0.05,the difference between the two group was significance,whieh sho~ved that the effect of Qian Lie I Number was better than the control group in treatment.Conclusion:The Qian Lie I Number can obviously lighter the clinical symptoms and physical signs of The CNP; the Qian Lie I Number can inhibit inflammatory reaction,enhance immune function and lower succus prostaticus WBC quantity; The Qian Lie I Number can improve uroflometry and remit spasm in urethra.The results showed that the effect of Qian Lie I Number was better than Prostate combined antibiotic.
