The infection of HIV caused by compensated blood-donation does not purely involved in public sanitation, but also in the construction of harmonious society. By inducting the perspective of "risk', this thesis use the dynamic chain of risk's movement to construct an analystic framework. On the basis of literature research and empirical research, it discusses the following questions in a new logic and narrative way: What are the risks that the HIV infection involved in compensated blood-donation? What are the living conditions of those HIV/AIDS patients? What kind of related influence do they bring to their famililies and clans? Before we enter into the risk world, should we transform the tranditional thinking pattern and reconsider the managerial strategies on this problem? How do we put our thoughts into practice? To be specific, this thesis consists of five parts:Part I: Introduction. This chapter involves in the origin and significance of this research, the clear-up and evaluation of documents and materials on hand, the theoretical perspective and manner of writing, the introduction of research methods, and the definition of the main concepts. Because of the unthorough research in academic fields, as well as the simplex methods and inadequate theoretical instruction, this thesis tries to out in from the angle of "risk", and fully spreads the discussion on this issue.Part II: Based on the conclusion "Risks come from the results of modernity" and A.Giddens's classical address about the four dimensionalities in modernity, this part selects three of them (except for the dimensionality of military force) ,which are closely related with our topic in Chinese special conditions. It expresess a viewpoint that the risk of infecting HIV caused by compensated blood-donation is produced by corporation of market economy, science and technology on blood products and the inadequate supervision system. Actually, we can also regard it as a deep discussion on the problem "where does the risks come from?"Part III: Combining with the figures and materials in practical investigation, part III fully exhibits the risky circumstances of HIV/AIDS patients. On one hand, it reveals the inferior status they locate in risk distribution, that is : as the headmost and main group that encounters with the risk of HIV infection by compensated blood-donation, they've already lived at the bottom of the society; on the other hand, after a detailed inspection, it explores the factual situation of their heath, material conditions, mental pressure and personal relationship to reveal all kinds of predications they have to go through after undertaking the risks. Part IV: Starting from the significance of dynamic derivative transmission, this part discusses the secondary influences of HIV infection caused by compensated blood-donation from two aspects. To be more specific, that means: except for its strike to the patients, the thesis deeply discusses the related effects it brings to the economy and structure of their families and clans from the microcosmic angle, as well as its negative influence to the stabilization and development of the entire country and society from the macrocosmic angle.Using the avoidable thoughts on social risks, Part V probes into the treatments on this problem. Firstly, it looks back on the changes of governing strategies and modes in our country; then, it detailedly introduces the definition and connotation of " social risk management", meanwhile, it points out the validity and necessity of applying the "social risk management" idea in considering the prevention and cure of problem caused by AIDS; at last, aiming at the feeble segments of practical work, it raises specific countermeasures from four aspects—consciousness, system, technique, and organization, by which we can construct a scientific, harmonious, and effective problem-solving system.
