Objection: to approach the effect of operation stress reaction in patients with neurogliocytoma treated with systematic and standardized nursing intervention.; to improve scientific evidence of clinical effective nursing intervention to help patients to adopt to operation ,more smoothly, to elevate the effect of operation and to boost the postoperative recovery.Method: 60 patients with neurogliocytoma to be operated were selected who were in the department of neurosurgery during the time between July,2005 and June,2006.The 60 patients were divided equally into experimental group and control group by the method of random sampling, the patients in experimental group accepted systematic and standardized nursing intervention, except for usual nursing care. We could identify operation stress reaction by observation of change of heart rate and blood pressure, serum hydrocortisone and IL-6,《self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS》and electrocardiography, before operation, under operation, after operation.Result; 1,No significant differences among gender, age, time of operation and volume of losing blood between the two groups.2,The heart rate and contractive pressure in the T1 and T2 were higher than the T0 in the twe groups(P<0.05).The heart rate and contractive pressure in the T1 and T2 of experiment group were lower than them of control group(P<0.05).3,The level of serum IL-6 in the experiment group after operation was significantly higher than it before operation, but the reaction of experiment group was significantly lower than it of control group.4,The level of hydrocortisone of the two groups in T1,T2,T3 was significantly higher, and arrive to the peak in T4, but the reaction of experiment group was significantly lower than it of control group.5,No significant differences with anxiety condition between the two groups on admission(P>0.05). Anxiety condition of experiment group was relieved by the nursing intervention before operation, but that of control group was aggravated.6,The R-R interval and the Q-T interval of two groups is shorter than befor stress. The T wave ofⅢlead was sicgnicently lower in two groups than befor stress, and that of control group was more sicgnicent than that of experiment group. Conclusion: 1,Systematic and standardized nursing intervention could lighten the variance of heart rate and blood pressure.2,Systematic and standardized nursing intervention could mitigate the fluctuate of content of hydrocortisone and interleukin-6 in blood , to keep the correspondence equilibrium in the neuroendocrine.3,Systematic and standardized nursing intervention could regulate the level of anxiety ,and cut down the opportunity of acute myocardial infarction.4,systematic and standardized nursing intervention could regulate the level of stress reaction , sustain stabilization of internal environment and be important to release complication.
