ObjectiveAuricular pressure nurse to radical mastectomy patients. Evaluate its influence to stress reaction after operation patients’such as anxiety, pain and sleep. Observe the variation of patients’ venous blood COR level in order to study the nursing intervention’s influence to body’s stress reaction.MethodDivide the61radical mastectomy patients into2groups randomly,31in control group and30in test group. The control group is implemented with routine perioperative nursing of radical mastectomy, while the test group is implemented with auricular pressure nursing on the basis of routine perioperative nursing of radical mastectomy. Evaluate the two group patients’postoperative anxiety and pain degree with the method of HAMA and NRS pain measuring scale. Evaluate the two groups’ postoperative sleep quality and count the ones who sleep more than6hours. Collect the two groups’venous blood and measure their COR level. Analyze the collected data with method of statistics. ResultThe HAMA scale of the two groups decreases significantly compared with that pre-operation.(1st postoperative Day:test group13.53±2.37VS17.13±3.19,P<0.05; control group15.26±3.01VS17.84±3.3P<0.05;5th postoperative day:test group10.03±2.3VS17.13±3.19,P<0.05; control group11.67±3.11VS17.84±3.3P<0.05). The HAMA scale of test group on1st postoperative day and5th postoperative day is lower than control group at the mean time and the obvious difference between the two groups is significant.(1st postoperative Day:13.53±2.37vs13.53±2.37, t=2.479,P=0.016;5th postoperative day:10.03±2.3vs11.67±3.11, t=2.341,P=0.023).The NRS pain score of test group on1st postoperative day and2nd postoperative day is lower than control group and the obvious difference between the two groups is significant. The ones who sleep more than6hours on3rd postoperative day is more than control group and the obvious difference between the two groups is significant. Postoperatively the difference of their COR level on postoperative dayhave no significant.ConclusionAuricular pressure nursing can reduce postoperative anxiety and pain degree of radical mastectomy patients and improve sleep quality in short time after operation. And it may reduce stress reaction of patients after radical mastectomy consequently increase breast cancer patients’tolerance and accelerate the patients’ early recover.
