| Objective: To compare the trauma and stress reaction between complete endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma,indirectly reflect the trauma of the body between two kinds of operation method.Methods: 94 patients with thyroid cancer were enrolled during June 2015 and September2016 in the Fourth affiliated Hospital,Xinjiang Medical University,divided into 2 groups.48 cases in observation group were performed with the complete endoscopic thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer,meanwhile the other 46 cases in the comparable group were performed with the traditional open operation.Measurements of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP),the samples of blood were counted and compared on the day before operation,2 hours after operation?24 hours after operation and 72 hours after operation.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in CRP and IL-6 before operation(P >0.05)between two groups;2.The two groups' level of IL-6 in 2 hours after operation was significantly increased to the peak,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);The level of IL-6 of 2 hours after operation were higher than the level of 24 hours and 72 hours after operation but no difference between two group(P >0.05);3.The level of CRP of 2 hours ? 24 hours and 72 hours after operation were significantly higher than the level of the day before operation.The level increases to the high level in 72 hours after operation;the two groups' level of CRP showed no significant difference between the two groups in the 2 hours after operation(P > 0.05);The level of CRP in 24 and 72 hours after operation showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The reaction of serum stress cytokines in complete endoscopic thyroidectomy was smaller than traditional open surgery in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma.The incision of the method is more hidden and good looking,bring less trauma in patients' psychology and body. |
