Blood stasis evidence found in a variety of illnesses, is a comprehensive pathological state, the mechanism is very complicated. Chinese medicine of blood stasis is a clinical syndrome caused by a variety of reasons, equivalent to"blood circulation obstacle"of modern medicine.In recent years, research on the basis of blood stasis evidence made a lot of progress, it has begun from the nerves, hormones and immune regulation (NEI network)aspects to synthetical research the formation mechanism of blood stasis evidence,besides, it has used the theory and techniques of molecular biology to explore the form mechanism by the genetic level. Subsequently , research and explore carried out gradually in the relationship of micro-mechanism between the blood stasis evidence forming mechanism and threlevant gene expression. In modern medicine mainly related to thrombosis disease or ischemic vascular disease, abnormal hemorheological parameters,hemodynamic changes,thrombosis and arterial vessels straitness . The main pathologicalbasis is blood in a hypercoagulable state , coagulation function stronger than anticoagulation function, viscosity increase, campaign setbacks,then forming thrombus. Organ and tissue would be embolizated becoming pathogenic factors . It can be seen in clinical hypertension,atherosclerosis, ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, atherosclerotic heart disease, thrombosis occlusive disease, high blood lipid disorders, and so on.These cardiovascular disease is common and frequently-occuring among the elderly, the incidence rate in China has become an increasing trend, seriously endanger people's health. Drug development to treat the blood stasis evidence is to meet clinical needs, not only direct economic benefits, but also broad social benefits, lifting patients illness, improving the level of human health.Chinese compound preparations of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis blood is commonly used in the treatment of blood stasis. It's clinical effects have been recognized and widely used. Since clinical disease varied, it often with breath weakness breath block , blood deficiency, and hot irregular . Sopromoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis often combined with other treatments , in order to better play the effectiveness of treating blood stasis . NaoXinKang Injection of Chinese compound herbal has the function of enhancing breath,regulating vessels,ameliorate blood stasis. The efficacy. Through this experiment which can proved Pharmacodynamic study of the drug ,proved it's effective pharmacological effects.The main topic is to investigate the mechanisms of protective effect of NaoXinKang Injection with the blood stasis evidence through by establish acute blood stasis model rats . provide a theoretical basis and experimental basis for clinical , to open up new avenues for the treatment of blood stasis. observed the influence of NaoXinKang Injection on hemorheological,platelet aggregation and anti-thrombosis.METHODS: This study used injecting epinephrine in experimental of the rat , conduced systemic artery, capillary contraction. lead to circulation disorder, in addition to stimulate them in the ice bath,the blood stasis animal model can be establish ,the aim is to observe the effect of drugs on blood rheology,antithrombotic effects. The specific method is using back subcutaneous injection of hydrochloric adrenalin 0.1%, 0.08ml/kg .2 hours later the ice bath (2℃-4℃) for 5 min. 2 hour later epinephrine injection. Fasting but not forbid water . Tail vein injection of the drugs tmorrow morning.Results: NaoXinKang Injection can improve the abnormal blood clotting changes of the blood stasis, given for three days high,middle,Low-dose (600mg/kg,300mg/kg,150mg/kg) NaoXinKang Injection ,could significantly prolong acute blood stasis rats blood bleeding time, Compared with model group difference significant in statistically (P <0.05,P <0.01). Could significantly prolong the clotting time of blood stasis rats (P <0.05,P <0.01); blood stasis model of the control group shows high,middle,low shear viscosity increased significantly, indicating blood stasis model established. NaoXinKang Injectiondose group can significantly improve the abnormal hemorheological changes of blood stasis rats . can significantly reduce blood viscosity of acute blood rats. Compared with model group significant difference in statistically (P <0.05,P <0.01). experiments showed thatNaoXinKang Injection could shorten the length of thrombus significantly,also decrease wet weight and dry weight of thrombus. The results showed : NaoXinKang Injection could significantly shorten the length of thrombosis (P <0.05, P <0.01). NaoXinKang Injection also can be lowered wet weight and dry weight of thrombosis NaoXinKang Injection(600mg/kg,300mg/kg) stimulation can significantly prolong the formation of vascular thrombosis induced by electrical (P<0.05,P <0.01 ).Preliminary studies the mechanism of NaoXinKang Injection resisting blood stasis indicate that NaoXinKang Injection high,middle low-dose three groups were significantly decreased platelet adhesion rate, a significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion : NaoXinaKng Injection can improve abnormality hemorheological of acute blood stasis rats, the protective effect is good.
