Purpose:To observe the protective effect of Shenkang Injection on renal function damage of patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)caused by contrast medium after PCI,and the changes of various indexes of patients after using Shenkang injection.Material and method:From September 2019 to February 2020,70 hospitalized patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected, and PCI was planned to be performed.According to the method of randomization and control, the 70 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group has 35 cases. The experimental group was treated with Shenkang Injection Combined with conventional hydration, while the control group was treated with conventional dose of normal saline. The patients in both groups were treated with conventional hydration from 6 hours before operation to 12 hours after operation. In the experimental group,on the basis of routine hydration,100 ml Shenkang injection was added into 250 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection for intravenous drip 6 hours before and6-12 hours after the operation, and the basic treatment of Western medicine was the same. The changes of glomerular filtration rate(calculated by mord formula),serum creatinine and urinary ? 1-microglobulin in the experimental group and the control group were recorded before,72 hours and 1 week after operation.Results:1.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in urine ? 1-mg,SCR and EGFR between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);72 hours after operation and 1 week after operation, the values of urine ? 1-mg and SCR in the two groups were higher than those before operation, but at this time, the values in the test group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).72 hours after operation and 1 week after operation, the EGFR value of the two groups was lower than that before operation, but at this time, the EGFR value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The glomerular filtration rate in the control group was lower than that in the preoperative group at 72 hours(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);theurinary ? 1-microglobulin and serum creatinine were higher than those in the preoperative group at this time(P < 0.05);the glomerular filtration rate in the control group was higher than that in the postoperative group at 1 week and 72 hours(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)The values of ? 1-microglobulin in urine and creatinine in blood were lower than 72 hours after operation(P < 0.05).3.The glomerular filtration rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the preoperative group at 72 hours(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);the urinary ? 1-microglobulin and serum creatinine were higher than those in the preoperative group at this time(P < 0.05);the glomerular filtration rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the postoperative group at 1 week and 72 hours(P < 0.05)The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).At this time, the values of urinary ?1-microglobulin and serum creatinine were lower than that of 72 hours after operation, which was close to the level of patients before operation. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenkang injection can protect renal function of patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)caused by contrast medium after PCI.2.Shenkang injection can significantly improve the urinary ?1-mg,EGFR and SCR.
