It needs medical intelligent staff base on high-level literature retrieval, identify and filter related literatures and analyze the literatures around the world through multi-methods to prefer intelligence consulting for establishments and assessments of medical subjects.Statistic analysis of local S & T retrieval and consulting reflects the local and national research improvements, overall power and where hot points lie.
