Research On Retrieval Strategy Of Chinese EMR Based On Semantic Relation Network

With the development of medical technology and information age,more and more Chinese medical records are organized and stored electronically.On the one hand,as an efficient and huge capacity medical information storage method,electronic medical record(EMR)plays a key role in patient information collection and hospital file management,but on the other hand,medical information often exists in unstructured and complex expression form in EMR,which makes it difficult to use information effectively.In China,the researches on the information utilization of Chinese EMR mainly focus on medical entity recognition and question answering,but rarely focus on EMR retrieval,especially for the researches on the retrieval methods focusing on medical information association.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward a Chinese EMR retrieval strategy based on semantic relation network to realize the efficient retrieval and sorting of Chinese EMR,and further realizes an EMR knowledge service system based on semantic relation network,which integrates the construction of knowledge base and information retrieval process,so as to help users obtain the target information efficiently.This paper comprehensively analyzes the structural characteristics,expression methods and organizational difficulties of Chinese EMR.In order to solve the practical problems such as diversified expression of medical terms,semantic relationship network is introduced to organize the semantic relationship of Chinese EMR,and a retrieval model is constructed accordingly.First of all,combined with the language structure of EMR,using a variety of natural language processing technology to structurally express the text in the medical records.Next,identify the semantic relationship mode of medical information,build a targeted semantic relationship network,so that the relationship between various semantic entities can be established.Further,the retrieval model of Chinese EMR is established based on semantic relationship network.Finally,considering the practical application,the EMR knowledge service system based on semantic relationship network is realized,which allows users to upload and manage documents by themselves to build a knowledge base automatically,forming a localized semantic relationship network,and further realizing the information association display and efficient retrieval.In this paper,the corresponding experiments are designed to verify the effectiveness of the model,which proves that the method in this paper contributes to the information utilization of Chinese EMR.
