Clinical Research On Asthma Of Relieving Period By Therapy Of Invigorating Qi And Consolidating The Superficial And Clearing Heat And Normalizing The Stomach

Children asthma is most common in pediatrics clinic. According to the specialty of children asthma in Singapore, we brought forward preventing and treating asthma by the therapy of invigorating Qi and consolidating the superficial and clearing heat and normalizing the stomach on the basis of literature review and my tutor's clinical experience. Clinical research has been done to observe the effect of prescription of Fangxiaoheji which was made by the therapy.Choosing 52 children asthma in relieving period which were identified with the criterion of diagnosis and effect for diseases and syndromes in pediatrics of TCM treated by Fangxiaoheji for 3 months. Clinical effect was analysis after treating 3 months and ceasing treating 3 months.Results: The clinical study showed that the recovery rate, marked rate, effective rate and the total effective rate were respectively 63%(33), 31%(16), and 94%. The symptom score decreased significantly after treatment and following visiting , P< 0. 001. These indicate that the prescription of invigorating Qi and consolidating the superficial and clearing heat and normalizing the stomach is effective in preventing and treating children asthma in Singapore and should be widely applied in clinic.
