Clinical Observation And Experimental Studies On Treating The Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy With Jing Xuan Ning Granuls

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jing Xuan Ning Granuls on the cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA), and to study the effective mechanism. Meathods: 80 patients diagnosed CSA are divided into two groups by random, among these patients, therapeutic groups(40) are treated by Jing Xuan Ning Granuls ,contract groups(40) are treated by Xi Bi Ling. Results: Jing Xuan Ning Granuls could improve the clinical symptoms of patients obviously, the difference is significant compared to the contract groups(P﹤0.05).by TCD,Jing Xuan Ning Granuls could improve the blood circulation of the cervical artery.It,s therapeutic efficiency is the same as contract groups(P﹥0.05). The experimental study indicates that Jing Xuan Ning Granuls may decrease plasma ET and increase serum SOD,clearing oxygen free radical and regulating the function of endotheilial cell. Conclusion: Jing Xuan Ning Granuls could improve the clinical symptoms of patients obviously,improve the blood circulation of the cervical artery,improve microcirculation,and raise brain blood flow.
