The Clinical Study Of Jin Luo Shu He Ji In Treating Deferment Of Chronic Bronchitis

Objective:Observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of Jin Luo Shu He Ji in Treating Deferment of Chronic Bronchitis(which belongs to qi-xu-xue-yu type in TCM )and explore the mechanism of it .Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random .30 patients in treatment group were treated with Jin Luo Shu He Ji .30 patients in control group were treated with capsule of Huang Long Ke Chuan . The related items were measured before and after the treatment . Results:The clinical study showed that there is a significant difference (P<0.05)or very significant difference (P<0.01)statistically between the two groups .The symptoms,the pulmonary ventilator function,the pulmonary blood circulation ,the immunity ability of the patients and otherwise were improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusions:Jin Luo Shu He Ji is an effective medicament of treating Chronic Bronchitis which can moderate the clinical symptoms,promote the patients'recovery,defer the progress of disease and reduce the pulmonary damages.
