Qi Decoction For Treatment Of Chronic Simple Bronchitis, Acute Exacerbation Of Clinical Observation

In the vital statistic of China, diseases of respiratory system are the top cause of death. They not only have high prevalence rate, but also tend to transform to chronic diseases, which lead to chronic lung functional lesion even the mutilation, while the chronic bronchitis is one of them. The long-course and slow-moving progress of it ultimately results in the emphysema and the cor pulmonale, which is hazardous to the public health seriously. It is one of the most common and occurring diseases. How to prevent and cure the chronic bronchitis has become a worldwide focus.There are two parts in this thesis: documents study and clinical research, which discuss the management of chronic bronchitis with Chinese medicine (CM).Documents study: in this part, based in the collections of writing about the chronic bronchitis of past 10 years, the CM research progresses of the disease are reviewed Clinical research: 60 simple chronic bronchitis patients in acute episode are divided into two groups randomly. The treat group were treated by Yiqi Huatan Tang, the control one were treated by Ofloxacin and Mucosolvan. All the changes of patients' symptom were recorded detailedly. After 2 weeks (a course), results show: compared with the control group, the treat one has the significant effect(86.7%,P<0.01). It suggests that therapeutical effect of Yiqi Huatan Tang is more significant than the western medicine and is worth to carry out the more study and researches.
