Objective Based on comparison of the serum IL-8, TNF-α, IgE and peripheral blood EOS Level of the infants with asthmatic pneumonia, un-asthmatic pneumonia and the normal control group, and observation of the changes of IL-8, TNF-a in deferent etiopathogenisis, course of disease, pathogenetic condition of asthmatic pneumonia, the relationships between these inflammatory factors and the genesis, development and prognostic of pneumonia especially asthmatic pneumonia are revealed. Methods Collecting patients with asthmatic pneumonia 40 cases, un-asthmatic pneumonia 32 cases and 30 cases healthy children and get their venous blood on an empty stomach, then measure the level of blood IL-8, TNF-a, IgE with ELISA, EOS in peripheral blood is measured at the same time. The etiology examination on asthmatic pneumonia: to detect Respirovirus IgM with ELISA, and the mycoplasma pneumonia MP-IgM with gold standard.Statistical treatment Use SAS6.0 package to process all the data, use t-test procedure to make' group comparison, q-test to make comparison in groups, linear correlation test to make correlation analysis. All the data are expressed as mean standard variance((x|ˉ) ±s). P<0.05 means that the analysis has statistical importance.Result1. The IL-8 and TNF- α level in infantile bronchopneumonia is distinct higher...
