Evaluation Study On Resources Allocation Among Cuurent Health Supervision Organizations In Luoyang

Purpose: Through the investigation into the present status of resources allocation of health supervision organization, estimation is made to the area of office building, quantity of vehicles equipped for enforcement of law, evidence collecting tools and office equipment, quantity of monitoring equipment on the spot, the structure of health supervision force on respect of talent, and the training of supervisors, etc. of health supervision organization in Luoyang. And an investigation was also launched into the general operation of the health supervision organization, to discuss and study the factors which influence the construction and the further deepening reform of health supervision system. Solution and suggestion are put forward in order to improve the construction of health supervision system in this area, deepen the reform of health supervision system, and establish the law enforcement system with organization completed, duties cleared, support guaranteed, procedure obeyed and law enforcement being effective.Method: The data is collected from investigation, annual statistics report of health supervision organization, "Luoyang Statistics Yearbook 2004". Questionnaire is applied to the investigation to all the 8 counties and 6 districts of Luoyang, the main data in 2005 is regarded as the reference data.
