Health supervision is an important part of the public health system, and it plays an increasingly important role in social life. At present, health supervision system in China is to deepen the reform of the phase of assault fortified positions, to promote the critical period of comprehensive construction, health inspection agencies in the allocation of human resources will inevitably exist in one way or another. The significance of this research lies in: is the theoretical level, combining the related theory of human resource management and the public health system in health supervision work practice, to the generally applicable analysis methods and analytical framework to deconstruct the Corps n division health supervision institutions of human resource allocation problem, at the same time, to the research subject of special conditions that will expand the use of space, make human resource management theory obtained will further enrich and deepen, and provide a theoretical basis and reference for promoting corps, the N division health supervision institution reform. Practice, through the analysis on the allocation of human resource of the Corps n division health supervision institutions, to alleviate the staff labor intensity, called on the government to on health supervision should be regarded, gradually solve the problems existing in the reform of health supervision system, with strong health supervision mechanism of manpower resources development, make the Corps, the N division of health supervision work to enter a virtuous circle of sustainable development of comprehensive health.The Corps, the N division health supervision institutions as the research object, the main use of the statistical analysis, survey method, questionnaire survey method, literature research, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and other research methods, understand the allocation of human resource of the Corps n division health supervision institutions, into a step of human resources in the Corps, the N division health supervision institutions structure analysis and the work analysis, on this basis, found the problems existing in the Corps, the N division health supervision agency personnel construction process, find out the blind spot and misunderstandings existing in the human resource management in the Corps, the N division health supervision institutions, in order to provide the reference for the Corps, the N division of health supervision institution building.
