| Objective :To evaluate the efficacy to Migraine through Acupuncturing Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu and the mechanism of treating migraine through acupuncturing as well as its efect on intracerebral hemodyn-amic.Methods: 60 patients with migraine were divided randomly into two groups:Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu group(30 cases)and chang gui channel group(30 cases), Before treatment, all clinical data and the intracerebral hemodynamic were detected as original;After treatment, all clinical data and the intracerebral hemodynamic were compared with two groups.Results: 1. Acupuncturing the points of two channels to treat migraine could decrease greatly the intensity of headache, the lasting time index of headache, the times of headache and the index of headache. The effect of Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu group was more significant 2. Acupuncturing the points of two channels could improve and adjust the abnormal hemodynamics significantly, The effect of Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu group was more significant, The intracerebral hemodynamics of different arteries in patients with migraine didn' t change at the same time and with the Same degree. The changes of anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were the most apparent, and the others didn't change significantly.Conclusions: 1. The treatment to migraine should emphasize on the points of Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu , Si Zhu Kong to Shuai Gu can alleviate the symptom of migraine 2. The possible mechanism of treating migraine through acupuncturing ties in:(1) It can improve the functions of automatic nerves which dominate ability of intracerebral vasculars, adjust the diastole and systole ability of intracerebral vascular.(2)It can improve the functions of trifurcate nerve, adjusting the number of the neurotransmitter, progression of migraine were backed. |
