includes four academic qualifications:middle school, junior college, undergraduate, graduate and above. The proportion of female sub-health is significantly higher than that of males. The incidence of status was 109,and the sub-health detection rate was 58.60%.Compared with healthy people, the scores of SCL-90 were increased in the sub-health group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with healthy group, the problem-solving factors of sub-health coping styles were lower than those of healthy group(P<0.01),while the self-blame and retreat factor scores were significantly higher than healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant.Academic significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The scores of 16-PF in the sub-healthy population were significantly lower than those in the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the suspicion, secularity, anxiety, and stress factor scores were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).They were significantly higher than healthy group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.The second part of this study2.1 There were 80 patients with sub-health status, including 40 patients in the treatment group,36 patients completed, and 4 patients eventually lost, the completion rate was 90%;40 patients in the control group,37 patients completed, and 3 patients eventually fell off,the completion rate was 92.5%.The number of patients in the treatment group consisted of 16 males and 20 females with an average age of 45.31 years old.The control group consisted of 18 males and 19 females with an average age of 44.52 years old. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the basic conditions and the initial screening of the above scales(P>0.05).2.2 After 8 weeks of treatment, the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,specifically 19 cases were effective,11 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the control group was 67.57%,specifically 11 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 12 cases were invalid. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.3 Comparison of sub-health symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of sub-health symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.4 SCL-90 scores of the two groups of sub-healthy people before and after treatment Before treatment, the SCL-90 scores of the sub-healthy people in the tow groups were not significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the treatment group sub-healthy population The scores of somatic factors, depression factors, anxiety factors and paranoid factors among the nine factors of SCL-90 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.5 Comparison of SF-36 health scale scores between the two groups before and after treatment. There was no significant difference in the dimensions of the SF-36 health scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the 8 dimensions of SF-36 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the two dimensions except physiological function and emotional function before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment, the three dimensions of physical pain, overall health and vitality were significantly higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The overall health dimension and vitality dimension scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.6 Evaluation of the improvement of Chinese Traditional Medicine symptoms. The symptoms of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Hong Kong civil servants and sub-healthy people have significant differences in psychological symptoms, coping styles and personality characteristics. The prevalence of sub-health status is unique, manifested in gender, age, social and regional and high suspicion, sophistication, anxiety and tension may be the personality characteristics of sub-healthy people.2.The combination of psychological intervention and auricular acupuncture is superior to conventional symptomatic treatment in alleviating the sub-health symptoms of Hong Kong civil servants and improving the overall quality of life.
