According to aim made in the Outline of Reform and Development on Chinese Medical Education, the Education Department and the Health Department have jointly made the new policy of medical education reform in order to actively meet the need of the 21st century of knowledge economy, the development of globalization and the international competition as well as gradually solve the current problem that is the medical educational hiberarchy doesn't reflect the need of diploma towards physicians. Accordingly, it lays emphasis on 8-year students, taking 5-year students as main body and 3-year students as supplementary part. The implement of training 8-year-term medical students holds tactic significance in deepening medical high education reform, promoting the development of medical subject and the close combination between medical education and clinic application, as well as accelerating the training of senior medical personnel, especially clinic personnel. Thus, to provide solid guarantee so as to win information battle, it is essential to launch the major of clinic medical for 8 years military medical university and bring up new military logistics personnel with high qualityBased on civil and foreign currency of the long term medical education training mode, the study investigates the relative theory and the current practice in the area, studies the Curriculum design, and then puts forward to the new personnel training project for 8-year clinic medical students in accordance with the requirement towards senior medical personnel in 21st century, which includes general education Curriculum, specialty education Curriculum and practicing education Curriculum.
