Objective: To study the application of MPR ( mufti-planer reconstruction) ,VR( volume rendering ) and transparency on adrenal gland by spiral CT anddiscuss the direction of these technology for laparoscopic surgical operalion .Measure the distance of adrenal, disease region and the important anatomic structure around them,so that we can gross orientation and find adrenal gland easily.Furthermore analyse the correlation between some measure values of CT and three-dimensional reconstruction, then we can offering precise operarive approach through single mesurement on CT.Methods: 53 health volunteers and 21 patients of adrenal gland lesions were retrospectively reviewed. CT scans were obtained with a HiSpeed Advantage scanner(Sensation Company,SOMATOM 64) , with scanning range of T11 and L4 vertebral body border, thickness of each slice is 1—5mm , and interval of reconstruction is 1.5—2.5mm. Each patient received a bolus of 80—100 mh of iodinated contrast medium injected at a rate of 2.0—2.5mL/sec with a power injector. Artery period scan was perfrormed at 23—27s after the start of contrast...
