| Objectives: To evaluate the value of Iterative Model Reconstruction combined with large matrix and target reconstruction in adrenal gland image quality.Methods:Fifty-two patients who underwent adrenal gland enhanced CT were divided into three groups according to the reconstruction method.Group A:512matrix i Dose4 reconstruction;Group B:1024 large matrix i Dose4reconstruction;Group C:1024 large matrix IMR reconstruction; In these groups,FOV was all 175 mm.The rest of scanning and reconstruction parameters of the remaining 3 groups were the same. The image quality of the two groups was objectively measured and subjectively graded by two experienced abdominal Radiologist, and the scoring values were recorded. The objective data of image quality were compared by analysis of variance and pairwise comparison afterwards, and the subjective image quality was evaluated by Kappa test and analysis of variance. Results:CT value of adrenal gland in Group A,Group B and Group C were no statistical difference(P>0.05).Average noise of adrenal gland in Group A and Group B was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The scores of Group B and Group C were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The mean adrenal gland noise value,SNR and CNR of group B and group C were statistically different. Conclusion : IMR combined with large matrix and target reconstruction technique can significantly reduce the noise of adrenal gland CT enhanced image, and improve the SNR and CNR and the image quality of adrenal gland. |
