Clinical Analysis Through Laparoscopic And Posterior Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic and posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical information between 26 patients underwent postperitoneal approach and 23 underwent intraperitoneal approach.The operative time,postoperative hospital day,blood loss and postoperative intestinal function recovery time were compared.Results Of the 49 cases,46 were successful and 3 required conversion to open surgery.In the group through intraperitoneal approach,the operative time was 90-200 min(mean,126±27.5min),the intraoperative bleeding volume was 80-300 ml(mean,165.7±65.3 ml),the postoperative intestinal ventilation time was 3-5 d(mean,3.87±0.8 d),the postoperative hospital day time was 6-14 d(mean,9.83±2.39 d).In another group,the operative time was 60-150 min(mean,110.77±26.14 min),the intraoperative bleeding volume was50-255 ml(mean,149.04±50.05 ml),the postoperative intestinal ventilation mean time was 1.88±0.77 d,the postoperative hospital day mean time was 7.15±1.71 d.Conclusions Laparoscopy has been able to perform well against a variety of diseases and treatment choices presented diversity.Laparoscopy treatment of adrenal tumors should be followed based on the tumor principles.Both surgical methods have their advantages and disadvantages,and there is no obvious advantages and disadvantages in the treatment.In actual clinical work,the specific choice of surgical methods should be determined according to the patient’s previous history,tumor size and stage,and the relative position between the surrounding organs and blood vessels.The operator’s surgical experience and areas of expertise are also crucial.
