Objectives: In order to enhance the level of treatment of acute head injury, this research analyzes variables of clinical observation and the prognosis relations, explores the related pathology mechanism, therefore predicts patient's outcome and provides the science basis.Method: 149 adults acute head injury patient to make the review analysis from in April, 2004 to April, 2005 continuously. Acute head injury patient include the analysis CT report ambient cistern compression degree , AST density ,GLU density and prognosis relationship according to the patient different prognosis grouping.. Each correlation factor is analyzed the influence of the prognosis with the SPSS13.0 software package.Result:1. In the different prognosis grouping the pupil responded, GCS grades, the age, GLU density , AST density, CT report about ambient cistern compression degree , merge wound have the significance difference (P < 0.05), but ALT density,WBC count, surgery have not the significance difference in the different prognosis grouping (P > 0.05).2. The prognosis result is related with following factor, including GCS grades, GLU density, ambient cistern compression degree, pupil response, age and AST densityConclusion: The above variable demonstrated has the remarkable influence to the prognosis. We must comprehensively consideration and synthesis management can enhance therapeutic efficacy.
