Plastic Bamboo Splint System For Treatment Of Distal Radial Fractures In Clinical Studies

Objective:This research observes the clinical curative effect of the plastic-bamboo-splint system after technique replacement in order to treat distal radius fracture,to further discuss and recognize the distal radius fracture pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of plastic-bamboo-splint system after technique replacement of distal radius fracture. Methods:60 patients of distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). We applied the plastic-bamboo-splint system after technique replacement to treat in treatment group,30 patients in control group were given the the small splint after technique replacement. The author systematically observed the improve of patients'days of fracture healing,chipianjiao between in reduction,zhangpianjiao between in reduction,PRWE wrist function grading. Results:The clinical observation results indicated: the treatment group showed that the efficiency was 66.7%; the total effectiveness was 93.3%. The control group showed the efficiency as 43.3%; the total effectiveness as 73.3%. The clinical effectiveness and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). This showed that treatment group results surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used. Conclusion:The plastic-bamboo-splint system after technique replacement is effective on treating distal radius fracture,and worth popularizing and recipe is effective on applying on clinic.
