TO Discuss The Importance And Necessity Of Using The Promoting Blood Flow Method In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Methode: To collect the document of the knowledge of diabetic nephropathy in ancient and present doctors and summary teachers experience, and analyzed the speciality of stagnant blood symptoms and the promoting blood flow method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Results: According to the documents, the stagnant blood symptoms was the important etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of the disease, the promoting blood flow method was the important treatment. According to the retrospective clinical observation, we found that the patients had stagnant blood symptoms. According to picture of the tongue and pulse tracings indicated the stagnant blood symptoms which occupied 94%/76%. See from the duration of the diabetic nephropathy, we found that the patients with stagnant blood symptoms occupied the major parts of the patients (87.9%), and along with the advance of the diabetic nephropathy the patients with stagnant blood symptoms increased. According to the treatment of the stagnant blood symptoms, we found that along with the aggravation of the diabetic nephropathy, the number of the Chinese medicine increased.The toatal efficience of the treatment was 84.9%.Conclusion: The stagnant blood symptoms was the important etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of the disease, along with the advance of the diabetic nephropathy the patients with stagnant blood symptoms increased.
