Background:Bone fracture is one part of orthopaedic disease, and has high mortality and high disability rate. It is also one of the main disease that threatens the people's health of our country and becomes a heavy burden that the society and the family have to bear in our social. At full speed development of medicine, anesthesiology, nursing, holding of medicine disease, contraindication about operation of aged people is decrease. But the patients would get bad postoperative recovery because of bad nursing care, observation, treatment. And it cause not only disturbance of motor function but also aggravation primarily desease. and that also induce the quality of life of aged people decreases.Purpose:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the clinical pathway for method of supplementing qi -nourishing yin and promoting blood flow on orthopedics in old-aged patient in operation period of Guangdong province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and to provide evidences for further improving the pathway.Method:The study performed a controlled intervention study without random allocation that compared three non-concomitant cohorts of patients corresponding to two control group and one intervention group the implementation of the experiment. The main outcome measures were: the patients of one control group would be get energy composition, 10. 3%amino acids injectable preparation and the other would be intravenous injection Salvia miltiorrhiza injectable preparation. And the intervention group we injects Salvia miltiorrhiza injectable preparation and Shen-mai injectable preparation. We appreciation the patients' physiclal status and life quality by Wang' s measuring scale and Liang' s measuring scale. According the data from questionary construction a databank was done. All the statistical analyzing was fulfilled by the software SPSS13. 0.Result:90 corresponded patients were recruited. 30 in the control groupl , and other 30 in the promoting blood flow group2. The last 30 belonged to the supplementing qi -nourishing yin and promoting blood flow group. There were no significant differences between the three groups on admission, significant differences were observed in the three groups in improvements in functional and life quality It is improved in evaluation of the patient' s condition.Conclusion1. The old-aged patient of orthopedics changed as the excess syndrome' s change in period of perioperation. But we ought to pay attention the qi-yin deficientIn syndromes .2. The condition from patients having the syndrome of insufficiency of the qi-yin and insufficiency of blood when admission in hospital remained the same syndrome after operation as that before operation.
