Clinical Study Of Treating Gall-stone Disease With Shu-Gan-Li-Dan-Rong-Shi-Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating gall-stone disease with Shu-Gan-Li-Dan-Rong-Shi-Tang and explore the mechanism of which from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:65 cases with gall-stone were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group (33 cases) and the control group (32 cases).The former was given Shu-Gan-Li-Dan-Rong-Shi-Tang while the latter was given Dan-Shi-Pian.Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,including ultrasonic observing.Results:The treatment group's total effective rate of the disease,the syndrome of TCM and the ultrasonic observing were 78.79%,93.94%,84.85%;the control group's were 62.50%,71.88%,65.63%.There is significant difference(P<0.05)or very significant difference(P<0.01)between the two groups.Shu-Gan-Li-Dan-Rong-Shi-Tang can improve more significantly the symptoms such as bellyache,flank-pain,Abdominal distension,gasteremphraxis,inappetence,nausea than Dan-Shi-Pian.Conclusions: Shu-Gan-Li-Dan-Rong-Shi-Tang is an effective drug of treating gall-stone which Mechanism might have relations with remodeling bile component,accommodating bile duct and gastrointestinal dynamics,Anti-virus and eliminating inflammation.
