Based On The Meta Analysis Of Cholagogue Row Stone Method Research For The Treatment Of Gallstones

Objective: Analysis method research cholagogue platoon stone treatment of gallstones(gall stone curative effect and security of the system evaluation method for treatment of gallstones advantages, providing the basis of the evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gallstones.Methods: Collect 1996.01 2015.12 domestic published about cholagogue stone treatment for gallstones research literature, by incorporating and exclusion criteria to strict screening of literature, in TCM treatment for experimental cholagogic platoon stone method, western medicine treatment for the control group, extraction of detailed information and quality evaluation. Using Review Manager5.3 Meta analysis software, the comprehensive curative effect, adverse reaction and laboratory index for the statistics, the changes of forest map making, research sensitivity and publication bias.Results: 1. In 30 domestic research literature, involved 3478 patients; 2. The methodological quality evaluation of the overall research literature slightly low, among them 1, 2, 2 points of 28 articles, 3 to 7 points, no; 3. Statistical experimental Chinese medicine use frequency, and bile row shiyao(money grass, radix curcumae, radix et rhizoma rhei, radix bupleuri, radix paeoniae alba, chicken's gizzard-membrane, bitter orange, wormwood, dandelion, licorice, etc.); 4. The Meta analysis results: cholagogic platoon stone method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gallstones in the comprehensive curative effect, reduce adverse reactions and the change of laboratory test index compared with western medicine treatment, has the obvious advantage(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that in drug therapy of gallstones, cholagogue platoon stone method of traditional Chinese medicine than western medicine treatment has obvious advantages, and expounds the nearly 20 years of traditional Chinese medicine cholagogue stone treatments for the condition of gallstones. This study into literature, however, the quality is generally not high, so easily lead to the presence of publication bias, hope in the future to be high quality, clinical trials of large sample to confirm the reliability of the results, provide good practice support for the steady development of traditional Chinese medicine.
