Evaluation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Artificial Liver Support System On Severe Hepatitis

Objective to investigate the effect of artificial liver support system(ALSS)intreating severe hepatitis,research on the effection of ALSS thrapy on liver function ,Endotoxin and Cytokine , etc. Methods 28 patients of severe heptitis were enrolled. All the patients underwent artificial liver support system therapy combined with routine treatment. Every patient underment plasma exchange (PE), the patients with drug-induced liver injury underwent hemoperfusion (HP) simultaneously , and the patients with renal insufficiency underwent continual hemodia- lysisandfiltration(CHDF)simultaneously.The blood was taken from those patients before trentment and at the end of the trentment to tested their TBil,ALT, AST,AKP,ALB,GLOB,CHOL,TBA,GLOB,renal function and electrolyte(K+ Na+ CI-),PT,TT,APTT,PTA,CHOL,NH3,HBV-DNA, ET,IL-8, TNF-a and NO . Observe the clinical symptom of patients , contrast patients ' serum level of liver function , renal function and biochemical indexes, investigate side effects occurred during the treatment, comparethe efficiency of different stage of severe hepatitis. Result ALSS can improve clinical symptoms obviously , and the serum level of TBil,ALT,AST,ALP,NH3,PT,TT,APTT,GLOB, TBA, ET,HBV-DNA in cases treated with ALSS significantly decreased (P<0.01), while the serum level of PTA,ALB,CHOL were improved remarkablely (P<0.01), in the same time the serum level of TNF-a*,NO and IL-8 significantly decreased (P< 0.01).
