| Objective (1) Develop chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI) model of aging rat; (2) To investigate the effect and mechanism in the treatment of CCCI of aging rat by invigorating spleen and kidney and promoting blood method.Method 50 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: common group (young group), aging group, model group, therapy high-dose group, therapy low-dose group, control group. Induce subacute aging model by D-gal and ligate the bilateral arteria carotis communis of rat to prepare CCCI model of aging rat. To observe the influence of the Chinese method to SOD, MDA of liver and kidney, VEGF, HSP70 in brain and T, SOD, MDA, AT-III, Fib, NOS, ET, TNF, IL-8 of blood.
