22 Cases Analysis For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Rotaor Cuff Injury

Objective:Combined with the typical cases of rotator cuffs injury , the diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuffs injury was analysed systematically .By the analysis to several imaging examinations ,ascertain their advantages respectively ,lift the diagnosis level .Several effective kinds of operation method were applied in treatment of rotator cuffs.The new techniques during operation were disscused for mastering best methods in diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:All patients received MRI examinations and arthrographies of shoulder , parts of patients accepted B ultrasound examinations, 19 cases were diagnize for complete rapture ,3 cases partial rapture before the treatment. According to injury type and demands on the function of shoulder joint from patients,applied different treatment methods or techniques,conservative or operative,then discuss the results.
