The Effection On Acupoint Drug Xiangdan Injection On Rats With Experimental Hyperlipemia

Objective: To observe the variation of blood fat index TC, TG , LDL-C ,HDL-C and tissue physiological form and antioxidase quota,and inquire into effection of acupoint drug xiangdan injection on rats in order to give the theoretical basis to take acupoint drug injection theraphy in clinical medicine.Methods: Acupoint drug xiangdan injection was used on rats with experimental hypelipemia.72 SD male rats were divided into six groups at random, twelve rats in each group: the normal food group,the high-fat food group,the acupoint drug injection group.the inositol nicotinate perfusate group(medicine group),the hip injected xiangdan liquid group(hip injection group),the acupoint brine group, and rats in every group were fed with high-fat food except the normal group during the experiment.The rats with experimental hypelipemia had been formed after every group had been fed for two months,then they were started to accept different treatment: The normal group and the high-fat group didn't accept any treatment,the acupoint drug injection group accept the injection xiangdan liquid with 1.0 mL in zusanLi or fenglong acupoint,a couple of acupoint every other day and in turn;the medicine group was perfused with inositol nicotinate,with 0.1 g/kg.d on each rat;the hip injection group were treated with use xiangdan liquid with 2.0 mL/d on each rat,the acupoint brine group use physiology brine with 1.0 mL in zusanli or Fenglong acupoint.They were treated for three periods,ten-days for each period,then blood fat index TC, TG, LDL-C were measured after each period.After the third period,the blood index T-AOC,SOD, MDA, XOD and weight were measured,then liver, heart, spleen, kidney, brain and testis were taken out and weighed and then organic coefficient were worked out.
