| ObjectiveTo observe the change of ind icators before and after ma intenance hemodia lys is treatment of patients with spleen and kidney defic iency by acupoint injection with astragalus inject ion, so as to explore the clinical curat ive effect of acupoint injection with astragalus injection. Methods1.Source of Cases To choose 60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency who had received regular hemodialysis treatment more than 3 months in Puyang TCM Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, The selected patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,them of 30 cases each.C ontrol group was given the general foundation teatment,the treatment group on the basis of the general foundation teatment use inject Astragalus in Zusanli point of both side, 1ml every other day for 8 weeks.2. Outcome Measures(1)Total score of clinical symptoms: lassitude, asthenia, anorexia, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, soreness, weakness of waist and knees, shapeless stool, and abdominal distention, tastelessness not thirsty.(2)Blood routine: white blood cells(WBC), hematocrit(HCT), hemoglobin(HGB), platelet(PLT).(3) Biochemical factor: triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(CHO), albumin(ALB), c-reactive protein(CRP).( 4) Coagulation function: activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(FIB).3. Statistical MethodsThe mean±standard deviat ion() and frequency was used to mark measurement data results of observation items, such as age, dialys is age, gender, primary disease, etc. Descriptive statist ical analys is was used for describ ing general situat ion, T-test for measurement data of norma l distribut ion, non-parametr ic test for Measurement data of non- norma l distribut ion, and C hi- squared test for count data. All the statistics adopt bilateral inspection, with a significant differen ce(P<0.05). SPSS19.0 software is adopted to input and statistically analyzed data. Results(1)Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect before and after treatment of tradit iona l C hinese Medic ine :TC M symptom effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 80%and 5 0%after treatment,It improved the treatment group was better than control group.(2)Comparison of the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TC M total score :C ompared the treatment group after and before treatment of tradit iona l C hinese medic ine clinica l symptom integra l score,after treatment was improved than before treatment(P<0.01);Treatment group tradit ional C hinese medic ine clinica l symptom integral score obvio usly improved than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).(3)Compared two groups of patients with laboratory indexes before and after treatment:t he treatment group after teatme nt WBC,HGB,HC T,ALB,C RP was improved than before treatment(p<0.05);Treatment group WBC was improved than the control group after treatment(p<0.05).After treatment, the patients were significantly improved in lipid metabolis m, treating ane mia, adjust ing immunit y, and blood coagulation function. Conclus ionAstragalus Injection injecting in Zusanli point on MHD patie nts wit h Spleen and kidney defic iency s yndrome can effective ly improve clinical symptoms, such as lassit ude, asthenia, anorexia, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, soreness and weakness of waist and knees. The acupoint injection also can regulate lip id metabolis m, treat anemia, adjust ing immunity and blood coagulat ion, improve the nutr it iona l status and kidney c irculation, lower C RP leve ls in patie nts with ma intenance he modialysis, reduce the infla mmatory response, protect renal funct ion, and improve the living qualit y. Astragalus Injectio n injecting in Zusanli point has effect on invigorating spleen and k idney and is a worth exploring therapy in hemodialysis. |
