Clinical Exploration Of Acupoint Injection Under Electromyographic Guidance For Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective:To analyze the clinical features of post-stroke dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy,observation of bulbar paralysis caused by swallowing under electromyographic guidance difficult Ying acupoint injection for the treatment of post stroke treatment,proof of EMG,Renying acupoint injection for the treatment of bulbar paralysis dysphagia clearly,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of dysphagia.Methods:To collect with bulbar paralysis caused by swallowing difficulties in 60 cases of stroke patients after inclusion criteria,the patients according to the random scheme in 1:1 ratio method were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,randomly generated table with SPSS19.0 software,and the preparation of random cards(including: serial number,random number,and the treatment group),and the sealing scheme with an opaque envelope,the envelope number with the same random number.After 3 days' lead-in period,when qualified patients enter the study,the same number of envelopes should be disassembled according to the order they entered,and they should not be changed according to the provisions of the envelope and the treatment plan.The treatment group was injected into the acupoint injection on the basis of electromyographic guidance on the basis of the control group.The treatment for 1 weeks was a course of treatment.After 2 courses of continuous treatment,the drinking water test scores of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and the swallowing ability of the depression was evaluated.The difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:The scores of each scale in the test group and the control group were significantly improved after the 2 course of treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electromyography is effective in the treatment of dysphagia caused by medullary paralysis after cerebral apoplexy.2.Acupoint injection with electromyographic guidance to treatthe dysphagia caused by medullary paralysis after stroke is fast,and the cure rate is high.
