Objective:To provide anatomical basis for implementing facial superfical musculoaponeurotic system in the face divided and prevent or try one's best to reduce the damage of the facial nerve in face lifting through exploring SMAS' features, then improve the quality of the operation .Material and Method :1.In 20 sides of adult antiseptic cadaver head sample that have not been damaged (women are in the majority ) and 6 sides of fresh head sample of adult's woman, we cut off skin and adipose tissue . The head sample were dissected from inferior border of mandible, and cut off platysma to angle of mandible then tragus to paropia along paropia. The morphology characteristic of soft-tissue, the relationship of facial nerve and organization , etc. were observed through an operation microscope. The relevant measurements were recorded and the pictures were taken.2. To observe and measure the frontal branch of facial nerve's relative position on the lines, which are the sup dot of helix - sup dot of lateral angle of eye and superior thyroid notch of tragus- lateral angle of eye using operation microscope3.In 4 sides fresh sample, we made the section of the facial soft tissue in 4 pieces of position of face, observed the level of the soft tissue of different positions of face and corresponding relation with...
