Clinical Observation Of Biplane SMAS Lifting And Small Incision Facial Wrinkle Removal

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect observation of a modified minimally invasive facial lift in facial rejuvenation by comparing the duration of postoperative effect(6months,12 months),postoperative complications and patient satisfaction with the temporal bi-plane SMAS lift and the traditional small incision crease removal.To provide clinical basis for temporal biplane SMAS lifting.Methods: From June 2020 to January2022,96 healthy adult patients who were admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery and cosmetology,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,patients in the observation group(group A)(48 cases)received temporal bi-plane SMAS lifting;Control group(Group B)(48 cases)underwent traditional small incision for wrinkle removal.Follow-up photos of the two groups at 6 and 12 months after surgery were collected,and postoperative satisfaction and postoperative complications were recorded.Meanwhile,the length of postoperative effect maintenance(6 months,12 months)of wrinkles severity(WSRS)and overall facial cosmetic effect improvement grade(GAIS)were compared between the two groups.Results: 1.The postoperative maintenance time(follow-up 6 months,12 months)of the two groups for mild to moderate wrinkles and severe wrinkles in WSRS and GAIS efficacy evaluation differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The postoperative satisfaction of observation group(group A)was better than that of control group(group B)after 6 months and 12 months of follow-up(P < 0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(group A)was better than that in the control group(group B)at 6 and 12 months of follow-up(P < 0.05).Conclusion: In this retrospective study,through the preoperative and postoperative comparison of the two groups of patients,the application of small temporal incision and facial dissection at multiple levels,at the same time the use of micro absorbable soft tissue band in the deep face,combined with PPDO line in the superficial face lifting,in the mild to moderate and severe wrinkle removal effect is reliable,long postoperative effect maintenance time,high patient satisfaction,fewer complications and other advantages.It is worth promoting clinically.
