Experimental Study On The Chronic Renal Failure Rats Renal Tubular Function Effect With Taohezhenwu Decoction And Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction

Objective:This issue through animal experiments,researchers Taohehenwu and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction of the 5/6 nephrectomy in Chronic Renal Failure(CRF) caused by renal tubular function in rats,from the cellular and molecular level of both prevention and treatment observed in chronic,renal mechanism of failure.Methods:5/6 nephrectomy rats with CRF as a result of the study,SD rats with 78,were equally divided between male and female,were randomly divided into blank control group,8, 10 sham-operated group and operated group 60.Operation group was prepared using two-step 5/6 nephrectomy model of CRF,and then were randomly divided into model group pathology,enalapril control group,rhubarb granular control group,treatment group Yishenjiangzhuo,Taohezhenwu treatment group,surgery four weeks after the beginning of a six-week treatment.Observed after treatment of the general state of rats,treatment of each group after the determination of serum BUN,Scr,β2-MG and urinaryβ2-MG,RBP,NAG enzyme;At the same time,take the above-mentioned group to observe the morphological changes of kidney.Results:1.Pathologic model of serum BUN,Scr,β2-MG and urinaryβ2-MG,RBP, NAG enzyme level was significantly higher than normal group(P＜0.01),5/6 nephrectomy model of renal tubular function in rats damage.2.Taohezhenwu Decoction and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction can be significantly improved 5/6 nephrectomized rats in general,lower serum BUN,Scr,β2-MG and urinaryβ2-MG,RBP,NAG enzyme level(P＜0.01),light microscope showed that the two sides can improve the renal tubulepathological interstitial injury,rhubarb particles and better than enalapril.3.Treatment group Taohezhenwu Decoction and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction comparison,no significant difference between the two.Conclusions:Taohezhenwu Decoction and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction can be reduced effectively with 5/6 nephrectomy rat model of CRF serum BUN,Scr,β2-MG and urinaryβ2-MG,RBP,NAG enzyme,to some extent to improve the renal tubule-pathological interstitial injury in rats with CRF caused by renal tubular resection-the improvement of tubulointerstitial injury has some effect,more effective than enalapril and rhubarb particles; Taohezhenwu Decoction and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction is to prevent or delay renal tubular- stromal damage to end-stage renal failure effective prescription.
