The Clinical Observation Of Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble Granule To Chronic Renal Failure Patients Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome And Effect To Serum PDGF-BB

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble granules to chronic renal failure patients of Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness syndrome,and also,the effection to indexes such as serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,hemoglobin,24-hour urine protein,serum platelet-derived growth factor-BB,etc.Methods:1.60patients who were diagnosed as CRF and TCM syndrome types with Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness syndrome,were randomized30s of control group and30s of experimental group.2.The control group was given the pure western symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the experimental group was given Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble granules additionally.3.to observe the changes on laboratory indexes as Ccr,renal function,Hb,24-hour urine protein,serum platelet-derived growth factor-BB,etc and on TCM syndrome integral of two groups before and after treatment.4.In addition,To compare with detection level of serum platelet-derived growth factor-BB of CRF patients,a plus20healthy person was chosed as the healthy control group.Consequence:1.Serum platelet-derived growth factor-BB level of the60CRF patients was obviously higher than the healthy control group before the treatment,the difference betweem them had statistical significance(p＜0.01).2.Both Ccr and serum PDGF-BB of the2groups had statistical significance before and after treatment(p＜0.01),the comparison between experimental group and control group had statistical difference(p＜0.05).3.Both BUN and Scr of the2groups had statistical significance before and after treatment(p＜0.01),the comparison between experimental group and control group had significant statistical difference(p＜0.01).4.24-hour urine protein of experimental group had statistical significance before and after treatment(p<0.01),while the statistical difference of the same index of control group was different(p<0.05).The comparison between experimental group and control group had ststistical difference(p<0.05).5.Both ALB and Hb of the2groups had statistical significance before and after treatment(p＜0.01),while a same comparison had no statistical difference between experimental group and control group(p＞0.05)..6.The serum PDGF-BB level of the60patients had a significant positive correlation with Ssr and24-hour urine protein,but a significant negative correlation with Ccr,while not correlated with BUN.7.TCM syndrome integral on both the experimental group and control group had significantly improved after treatment(p<0.01),statistical significance existed on comparison between experimental group and control group(p<0.01),and also,statistical significance existed on comparison of TCM symptomatic efficacy and clinical curative effect between experimental group and control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The serum PDGF-BB level of CRF patients was obviously higher than the healthy control group.2.Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble granules can sharply reduce BUN,Scr and rise Ccr fou CRF patient,it’s curative effect is obviously better than pure western medicine.3.Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble granules can improve TCM syndrome and the total clinical efficacy of CRF patients who were categorized as Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness syndrome,which was proved to be effective Chinese patent drug for curing CRF decompensation patients.It’s effectiveness is superior to using pure western medicine.4.The serum PDGF-BB level of CRF patients had a positive correlation with Scr and24-hour urine protein,but a negative correlation with Ccr,while not correlated with BUN.5. Yishenjiangzhuo Soluble granules can obviously reduce the serum PDGF-BB level of CRF patients and decrease the deposition of ECM in kidney.It can also alleviate kidney fibrosis and delay renal fuction deterioration,so as to protect the kidney.
