| Objective:With the life is better and better, the structure of bite and sup is more and more rational, obesity is more and more familiar. Obesity not only affects posture, making life discommodity, but also it is the important basis of hypertension, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, diabetes, high lipoprotein disease, etc. Obesity seriously affects human' s health. So, prevention and cure obesity is more and more regarded. Because acupuncture is facility, economy, effective, and with no side-effect, acupuncture is paying more and more attention in treating adiposis, and it is used in clinic more and more widely. To study the effect of acupuncture on obesity patients and to compare the effect of body needle therapeutic, ear needle therapeutic and body-and-ear needle therapeutic, find the best method to cure obesity, we make this study. Methods:Ninety cases of simple obesity who are in the acupuncture clinic in the First Appertain Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM and Huizhou People Hospital. These cases are divided into 3 groups averagely which has 30 patients, they are respectively treated with body needle therapeutics, ear needle therapeutics and body-and-ear needle therapeutics. The body needle group is mainly used the point of Zuyangming Wei jing and Shouyangming Dachangjing Muxue, choosing the Zhongwan, Tianshu, Guanyuan. The ear needle group is used Pi, Wei, Dachang, xiaochang, pi, shenmen, jidian, sanjiao etc. The body-and-ear needle group is mainly used the points of Zuyangming Wei jing and Shouyangming Dachangjing Muxue, and used Wei, Dachang and xiaochang of the ear points cooperate on the same time. Adding or reducing point with the symptoms, for example, Tianshu, Zhigou and Fei, Dachang of the ear points will be added to if the patient is constipation;Zusanli will be added to if one is easily hungry;.Shenshu, Sanyinjiao of body points and Shen of ear points wil be added to if who is self-round;Ququan, Shimen of body points and Pingjian of ear points wil be added to if who is gain flesh after procreation;Diji, Xuehai of body points and Pingjian of ear points wil be added to if whose emmenia is irregular;Shuifen of body points and Sanjiao of ear points will be added to if who is edema on crura. Body needles will be used everyday and will be settle for 20 to 30 minutes, ten times will be the first period of treatment, and the from the second period, it will be used every other day, and it is 10 times as a period. The ear needle which using the seed of Wangbuliuxing will enjoy the patients to press the seed of Wangbuliuxing before dine, limited to feeling ache, replacing in 5days, and 5 times will be a period of treatment. The two treatment will be done 3 period altogether. Results:After 3 period of treatment, the patients who are clinic control, better available, available and invalidation of the body needle group is respectively 3, 10, 10, 7. The patients of the ear needle group and the body-and-ear needle group is 3, 11, 8, 8;5, 14, 7, 4. The total efficiency of the 3 groups is respectively 76.66%, 73.34%, 86.68%. At the end of follow of 3 months, the effect is steady. It shows the total efficiency of body-and-ear needle therapeutics is the best of the three, but there is no obvious difference if compared to that of the body needle and ear needle in statistics. On the curative targets including obesity indices as the difference of avoirdupois and BMI, there is no significant difference. But on the difference of the kummerbund and the girth of thigh, there are significant difference compared to the body needle group and the ear needle group. Compared to the body needle group, the difference of the girth of stern and abdomen in the bode-and-ear needle group is obviously difference. What' s more, symptom in the bode-and-ear needle group improved best. Conclusions:Whether body needle therapeutic, ear needle therapeutic or body-and-ear needle therapeutic has good effect in treating obesity, but body-and-ear needle therapeutic is better in improving the obesity indices.
