Comparative Clinical Study On Women With Obesity In Perimenaupose By Acupuncture Treatment

Objective:Through the conventional acupuncture point and "Ning Xin An Shen" acupuncture point treatment of menopausal women obesity in clinical research, observation of acupuncture for weight loss, and to further explore calming nerves anshen point for menopausal women to help lose weight.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups:conventional treatment group A and group B " Ning Xin An Shen". Patients in group A were given acupuncture at "Quchi, Tianshu, Yinlingquan, Fenglong, Taichong, Neiting, Sanyinjiao". Patients in group B on the basis of conventional treatment group A point to add "Anmian, Shenting, Shenmen, Qimen, Yanglingquan". Both acupuncture treatment of30times, measurement and statistics before and after treatment respectively weight, BMI, waist hip ratio; and use the McNair’s mood states (POMS), statistical analysis of different acupuncture points in mind for menopausal women.Results:(1) Through two groups before and after treatment observation of body weight, BMI and waist-to-hip ratio comparison, through the analysis of variance between groups, group A before and after treatment(P=0.000), group B before and after treatment(P=0.000), weight A, B two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05); And between groups using two independent sample t-test, AB in the two groups after treatment (P=2.08989>0.05, no statistical significance.(2) Patients in group B increased after" Ning Xin An Shen" acupuncture points, spiritual mood were obviously improved, to improve patients with obesity have positive role.Conclusion:Acupuncture for menopausal women obesity has improved significantly, at the same time acupuncture "Ning Xin An Shen" acupoints can obviously improve the patients’ mental emotion, to improve obesity has a positive role.
