Objective: To analyze cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia presently detectable condition at our hospital in recent 10 years, to compare the detectable condition of Uigur and Han case, and assess the progress of detectable cervical cancer. Metheods: The clinical data of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cases at our hospital from October 1995 to October 2005 were retrospectively studied. To analyze detectable condition of Uigur and Han cases. And to compare presently detectable condition of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in the past and the next 5 years. Results: Detecting total cervical cancer were 439 cases. And 237 cases were Uigur, 187 cases were Han. Among carcinoma in situ of cervix , Uigur was 15.19% (36/237), Han was 37.43% (70/187). In past 5 years, detecting total cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were 32.58% (86/264), carcinoma in situ of cervix was 14.04% (25/178), stage I was 38.89% (71/178). In next 5 years, detecting total cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were 47.38% (235/496), carcinoma in situ of cervix was 31.03% (81/261), stage I was 44.44% (116/261). Uigur and Han cervical cancer take bad the age to have the difference. Conclusions: In recent 10 years, early detectable percentage of cervical cancer was higher among Han than among Uigur.
