| Objective:To understand the infection of each human papillomavirus subtypes inXinjiang Uygur and han women with high-level of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:HPVgenotyping kit was used to detect the distribution of HPVsubtypes in195cases of high-level of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by pathological diagnosis fromJan,2010to June,2012in NO1affiliat hoapital of xinjiang meidical university.Results:The total infection rate of195cases is84.61%,with uygur89.18%and han81.81%.in CINⅡgroup,HPV infection rate: uygur is82.41%and han is77.80%;in CINⅢgroup, Uygur is97.14%and Han is86.21%;both have no significant statistic difference.CINⅡ groupand CINⅢ groupHPVinfection rate are79.41%and90.32%,there wassignificant diference(P<0.05).The more commen HPV suntypes are16,18,56,58inUygur and16,52,18,58in Han. HPV16is the most commen subtype in both races.mutipleinfection rates are22.54%in CIN Ⅱg roup and23.65%in CIN Ⅲ group andthere nosignificant differenc(eP>0.05). Conclusion: XinJiang Uygur women have a higher HPVinfection rate than Han and the infection rate is higer in CINⅢ group thanCINⅡ g roup.The HPV subtype in two races are much the same,but have race differences.HPV16is the most commen.Controlling infection of HPV16,18,58will greatly decreasethe accurence of cervical cancer. |
