Objective:To stdudy detection and clinical significance of the dendritic cell in the Xinjiang Uygur women cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia,CIN) and cervical cancer. Methods:The HLA-DR,CDla,S-100 protein as the marker of dendritic cell, using immunohistochemical streptomycin avidin-peroxidase link (SP) method to detect the distribution and expression of dendritic cell of 20 cases of chronic cervicitis,30 cases of CIN (CINâ… 10,CINâ…¡10.CINâ…¢10) and 40 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens. Results:(1) S-100, HLA-DR and CDla expression was followed by invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma (65.00%, 62.50%,55.00%)> CIN (50.00%,40.00%,44.29%)> chronic cervicitis (30.00%,25.00%, 20.00%) and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.035, P=0.012, P=0.037). S-100, HLA-DR and CD1a distribution in cancerous tissue and nests nearby stroma. (2) In Various cerv ix uteri tissue, the expression of CD1a and S-100 protein was positively correlated(r=0.330,P=0.000);The expression of CD1a and HLA-DR was positively correlated (r=0.267,P=0.002);But the expression of HLA-DR and S-100 protein was incorrelated (r=0.065,P=0.461). Conclusion:The expression intensity of HLA-DR,CD1a, S-100 protein as the marker of dendritic cells changed in the process of cervical carcinogenesis, and the results suggest that there are some changes in local immunologic function in human pathological cervix.
