Course-setting And Teaching-training Research For Nurse Sergeants

Nurse sergeants are a new kind of primary medical talents that appear during the adjustment and reforms of the army establishment system in the new times and suit the needs of the construction of the army modernization. They are orientated towards the medical institution at the basic units and take the place of nurse officers. And it is the first time that they have been trained in the medical colleges.The college should take effective measures and formulate suitable teaching models according to the different trainees. These measures should be aimed at improving the abilities of nurse sergeants and cultivate the sergeants talents suited to the current needs of the army and the medical-support needs of high-tech wars in the future. Seeing that, this research task is posed to analyze the working needs for nurse sergeants of the medical institution at the basic units, by using the wisdom of the specialists and professors, combining the successful educational experience in the army and out of the army. In this report, Delphi Method is taken to set the index system of nurse sergeants' quality and ability. Furthermore, principles and points for attention are also raised in setting thecourses for nurse sergeants, as well as the tentative ideas of course-offering, time-allotting and teaching-planning. After analyzing the current situations of nurse sergeants cadets in college, It point out the problems and shortcomings in training nurse sergeants and accordingly put forward the comprehensive solutions in order to offer some references to the nurse sergeants training and the construction of nurse sergeants at the basic units.
