The Composition Study Of Non-intelligence Factors For Medical Sergeant Students

The most of medical sergeant students are the common soldiers from Grass-roots units. Many of them are junior middle school students or leaving senior middle school before they have graduated. Generally, the medical sergeant students have a weak foundation in knowledge, which results they are not qualified the requirement. This is the situation that the education for medical sergeant has to face. There are two main factors influence their study: one is intelligence factors; the other is non-intelligence factors. According to the above, it is necessary to reform courageously in promotion the sergeant students'non-intelligence factors, arouse the students' enthusiasm and excite to learn professional knowledge and cultivate their healthy personality in order to improve the quality of sergeant education. The good study habits can help them to establish the world view, right philosophy and values, thereby the goal that totally upgrade the comprehensive quality of sergeant students can be achieved.In present study, we construct the system of medical sergeant non-intelligent factors by analyzing the learning motivations, emotion, attitude and values of medical sergeants and expert consultation so as to cultivate"trustworthy, persistent and useful""practical and cross-disciplinary"medical sergeants.There are three parts in this research.Firstly, define the conception and basic Theory. We defined the conception of non-intelligent factors, described the domestic and foreign Research status about non- intelligent factors, and introduced the theory related to this research especially.Secondly, construct the system of non-intelligent factors. We analyzed the basic situation of the non-intelligent factors about medical sergeant students through investigating the current situation of medical sergeant students in Bethune Military Medical College including their background, service year in army and education before entrance to the college. Then construct the system of academic education of medical sergeant student non-intelligent factors by expert consultation.Lastly, prove the research. We understand and master the reality of medical sergeant student non-intelligent factors and verify the scientific and rationality of index system. We analyzed the non-intelligent factors index system by factor analysis method, then obtained 6 main constituent which can reflect the current situation of non-intelligent factors objectively. Suggest the cultivate method and offer the reference basis for the improvement of medical sergeant student education system by analyzing the constitution of medical sergeant student non-intelligent factors.
